Everything we sell is a PDF you download. There’s nothing to ship, and how quickly you get it depends on whether you bought a ready-made product or built your own.
Ready-made notebooks, planners and puzzle books
These are ready the moment your payment goes through. The order page you land on after checkout has a download button for each file, and the same links are in your order email. See where to find your download for where to look.
Custom notebooks and planners
Anything you design in our custom notebook or custom planner builder is made for you after you order, so it takes a little longer.
- We start building your PDF as soon as your payment clears.
- Your order page shows where it’s up to, from “in line to be built” to “building your PDF now”, and updates on its own. You don’t need to refresh it.
- A full custom notebook takes about two minutes per tablet. A custom planner usually takes under a minute per tablet. If you added extra tablets, each gets its own PDF.
- When it’s ready, download buttons appear on the order page and we email you with the subject “Your custom notebook is ready to download” (or planner). The links are also under My Account, then Downloads, if you have an account.
You can close the order page while it builds. The email will reach you either way.
If a custom order takes longer
Now and then a build needs a second try, which happens on its own. If it still doesn’t finish, we’re told straight away and we’ll email you the download ourselves. If you haven’t heard from us within a few hours, contact us with your order number.
Downloading again later
Download links for both ready-made and custom products don’t expire and have no download limit, so you can download your files again whenever you need them.
