Troubleshooting

• The links in my PDF don’t work

  Most of the time it's the reader, not the file. Open the PDF in your tablet's own document reader, update its software, and check the notes for your device below.

• The toolbar covers part of the page

  Our ready-made files keep a margin of about 8 to 10 mm on the left and right for your tablet's toolbar. If you need the margin on a different side, the custom builders let you choose.

• The page doesn’t fit my screen

  Each file is drawn for one tablet screen. If the page looks too small, cut off or surrounded by white bars, you probably have the file for a different device.
