Meeting pages for Fujitsu Quaderno A5 and A5 Gen2, with attendees, notes, action items, and a Date and Topic index. Not A4.

The Business Meeting Notebook is a Quaderno meeting notebook built for the Quaderno A5, with 200 pages in one notes section for logging meetings: the topic, attendees, notes, and action items on every page. It works the same way for a project kickoff, a client call, or a weekly team sync, so every meeting lands in a format you can find again later.

An index at the front is hyperlinked, sorted by date and by topic. Write in the date and topic once a meeting happens, then tap that row any time you need it again, no scrolling through 200 pages to get there.

The cover artwork was hand-drawn by Rabia, who designs the cover for every mildspring notebook.

The 200 pages are undated, so you’re not locked into a start date. Open to page one whenever you pick up the notebook, log a meeting, and keep going until every page is filled.

What is inside the Quaderno meeting notebook

  • 200 meeting pages, one meeting per page, with space for the topic, attendees, notes, and action items
  • A hyperlinked lookup at the front, sorted by date and by topic, with a row for each page
  • Page numbers on every page, so the lookup and the notes always match up

How it works

It’s one file. Download it once and copy it to your Quaderno, no extra app or setup needed.

Open the lookup first and tap the date or topic you’re after. Each row already links to its matching page, so you land on that meeting’s notes right away.

When you start a new meeting, open the next blank page, write the topic and attendees at the top, then add your notes and action items as the meeting runs. Fill in the matching row up front when you’re done, and it stays ready to tap the next time you need that meeting again.

Made for the Quaderno A5

This notebook is sized for the Quaderno A5, not the Quaderno A4. Load the PDF onto your device like any other file, and both the notes pages and the lookup open at full size, with no cropping or resizing. It opens the same way every time, so you don’t need to adjust the zoom or the page fit before you start writing.

If you also want space for daily notes or an open dot grid page, our Multi-Section Notebook for Quaderno and Bullet Journal for Quaderno are built for the same Quaderno A5. For detailed notes during a meeting or a lecture, the Cornell Notes Digital Notebook for Quaderno follows the same layout on every page.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a single PDF?

Yes. One file with 200 meeting pages and a hyperlinked index at the front. Download it once and copy it to your Quaderno.

Does this fit the Quaderno A5?

Yes. It’s sized for the Quaderno A5. It’s not made for the Quaderno A4.

What’s in the index section?

A row for each of the 200 pages, sorted by date and by topic. Write in the date and topic once a meeting happens, then tap that row to jump straight to its page.

Are the pages dated?

No. The 200 pages are undated, so you can start on any page and use the notebook at your own pace.

What’s on each meeting page?

Space for the topic and attendees at the top, then room for notes and action items below.

Can I use it for more than one project?

Yes. The pages aren’t split by project, so meetings from different projects can sit in the same 200 pages, in whatever order they happen. The lookup keeps them sorted by date and by topic either way.
