What is inside

  • A year calendar and a six-page year index.
  • Four quarterly pages with goals.
  • Twelve monthly calendars with a week-number column.
  • 53 weekly pages.
  • 40 dot grid notes pages with a linked index.

That comes to 120 pages in one file.

How it works

After checkout you get one download for the iPad you picked. Save it to the Files app, then import it into a notes app such as Goodnotes, Notability or Noteshelf as a new notebook, and write on any page with Apple Pencil. Our iPad guide has the steps for each app.

Three iPad sizes

Choose your iPad from the Device menu. The page is drawn at 197 by 263 millimetres for the 13 inch iPad Air and iPad Pro, 158 by 227 millimetres for the 11 inch iPad, iPad Air and iPad Pro, 118 by 180 millimetres for the iPad mini. Our custom notebook and custom planner builders can make other layouts for the same iPads.

Pages by device

Page size, page count and file size for each iPad.

  • iPad 13 inch (Air, Pro): 197 by 263 mm, 120 pages, about 21 MB
  • iPad 11 inch (iPad, Air, Pro): 158 by 227 mm, 120 pages, about 16 MB
  • iPad mini: 118 by 180 mm, 120 pages, about 9 MB

A note for Goodnotes users: these files are larger than 5 MB, and Goodnotes’ free plan only imports files up to 5 MB (Goodnotes pricing). They open in Goodnotes’ paid plans. We haven’t found a size limit in Notability or Apple Books, but we haven’t tested these larger files in them yet.
