Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the mildspring.co website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

Payments

All payments for digital goods offered by mildspring.co are processed securely through our trusted merchant of record, polar.sh. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information to polar.sh, which will handle the payment transaction on our behalf.

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by mildspring.co are digital goods delivered instantly via download or access link. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the product, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered.

If you believe a product is faulty or you have received the wrong file, please contact us at hi@mildspring.co within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from mildspring.co, you are buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the product itself. All intellectual property rights, including copyright in the design, layout, and content of the product, remain with mildspring.co.

You may:

  • Download the product to devices that you personally own or use.
  • Print the product for your own personal use.
  • Keep a personal backup copy of the file you purchased.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the product to any other person or entity.
  • Share, upload, post, or otherwise make the product or your download link available to anyone else, whether for free or for payment.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the product for the purpose of distribution.
  • Use the product, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling templates, incorporating designs into products you sell, or distributing as part of a paid offering.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the product.

Any breach of these license terms automatically terminates your right to use the product, without refund, and may result in further legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

Limited Statutory Exceptions

Where required by applicable consumer protection law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers purchasing for personal use may have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by downloading or otherwise accessing the digital product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or transmission of the digital content has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Any refund request under this limited statutory exception must be submitted to our merchant of record, Polar, at support@polar.sh within 14 days of purchase and before the product has been downloaded or accessed. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, the right to cancel is permanently waived.

Warranty and Liability

mildspring.co provides digital goods and services “as is.” We do not guarantee that our digital goods will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital goods or services.
